BorderlineCo was born from a chance encounter and the shared vision of three passionate individuals from diverse professional backgrounds.
Luis Gamez, a professional athlete with a keen entrepreneurial spirit, found himself in southern Arizona organizing a family baseball event alongside his father. While managing the event, Luis realized how tedious and time-consuming it was to secure marketing services. Determined to simplify the process, he turned to his childhood friend Carlos Soto, a seasoned boxing promoter.
Carlos, recognizing the opportunity, introduced Luis to Arizbeth Encinas, a renowned marketing strategist based in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico—a neighboring state to Arizona. The trio quickly joined forces to create an impactful campaign for the baseball event, blending their unique expertise in sports, promotion, and marketing.
Their collaboration was a resounding success, generating buzz and ensuring the event’s triumph. Inspired by their achievement, Luis and Carlos approached Arizbeth with an idea: what if they could revolutionize marketing accessibility for small businesses that lack the experience or resources to navigate the industry?
Fueled by this mission, the three worked tirelessly to design a user-friendly, streamlined process for marketing acquisition.
